§ 35-31.5-2-110 — "Electronic communications"

Indiana·Art. 31.5 DEFINITIONS
"Electronic communication", for purposes of IC 35-33.5, means any transfer of signs, signals, writing, images, sounds, data, oral communication, digital information, or intelligence of any nature transmitted in whole or in part by a wire, a radio, or an electromagnetic, a photoelectronic, or a photo-optical system.
