§ 33-44-7-12 — Contracts; award of grants

Indiana·Art. 44 INTEREST BEARING ATTORNEY TRUST·Ch. 7 Indiana Attorney Trust Account Fund

The board shall periodically:

(1)enter into contracts with; and
(2)award grants to; qualified legal services providers, law school clinics, and programs or projects in the public interest that assist in the improvement of the administration of justice to carry out the purpose of the fund. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-20-7-12.]
