§ 33-44-7-11 — Receipt of disbursed funds for programs assisting in improvement of administration of justice; eligibility for other funds
An entity that receives funds disbursed
under section 9(2) of this chapter during a year is not eligible to receive
funds disbursed under section 9(1) of this chapter during that year.
