§ 33-44-4-4 — Appointment of members; government officials
The following officials shall each appoint one
(1)member to the board:
(1)The governor.
(2)The speaker of the house of representatives.
(3)The minority leader of the house of representatives.
(4)The president pro tempore of the senate.
(5)The minority floor leader of the senate.
