§ 33-41-3-3 — Depositions for use in court proceedings
A deposition to be used in a proceeding in a circuit, superior, probate, county, city, or town court, the court of appeals, or the supreme court must be taken before an individual who:
(1)is described in section 4 of this chapter; and
(2)does not have a prohibited interest or relationship described
in section 5 of this chapter.
