Text

A deposition to be used in a proceeding in a circuit, superior, probate, county, city, or town court, the court of appeals, or the supreme court must be taken before an individual who:

(1)is described in section 4 of this chapter; and
(2)does not have a prohibited interest or relationship described in section 5 of this chapter. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-15-27-3.]
