§ 33-41-2-11 — Court reporter annual salary; additional increments to minimum salary
The annual salary of each court reporter
shall be fixed as provided in this chapter according to the county or
counties in which the court reporter holds office. A county or counties
may add additional increments to the minimum annual salary according
to the usual budget procedures. The salaries shall be paid in equal
monthly installments.
