§ 33-40-8-4 — Appropriations; fees
The county council of every county where the
judge of any court having criminal jurisdiction has contracted with an
attorney for legal services to the poor shall appropriate an amount
sufficient to meet the contract obligations of a court or courts for
services to the poor.
