Text
(a)A county public defender may contract with
an attorney, a group of attorneys, or a private organization to provide
legal representation under this chapter.
(b)The board shall establish the provisions of the contract under
this section.
(c)The county fiscal body shall appropriate an amount sufficient to
meet the obligations of the contract.
