5.
(a)A legislative member of the commission
serves a two (2) year term that expires June 30 of an odd-numbered
year.
(b)A member of the commission appointed under section 2(b)(1)
of this chapter serves an initial term that expires June 30, 2027, and a
four (4) year term that expires each fourth year thereafter.
(c)A member of the commission appointed under section 2(b)(2) of
this chapter serves an initial term that expires June 30, 2029, and a four
(4)year term that expires each fourth year thereafter.
(d)A member of the commission appointed under section 2(b)(3)
of this chapter serves an initial term that expires June 30, 2025, and a
four (4) year term that expires each fourth year thereafter.
(e)A member of the commission serves at the pleasure of the
