§ 33-40-4-2 — Establishment
(a)There is established a public defender
council of Indiana.
(b)The council's membership consists of all:
(1)public defenders;
(2)contractual pauper counsel; and
(3)other court appointed attorneys regularly appointed to
represent indigent defendants.
