§ 33-40-4-2 — Establishment

Indiana·Art. 40 PUBLIC DEFENDERS·Ch. 4 Public Defender Council
(a)There is established a public defender council of Indiana.
(b)The council's membership consists of all:
(1)public defenders;
(2)contractual pauper counsel; and
(3)other court appointed attorneys regularly appointed to represent indigent defendants. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-9-12-1.]
