§ 33-38-5-7 — Juvenile court magistrate; source of salary
Of the annual salary of a juvenile court
magistrate, the county served by the magistrate shall pay forty-one
thousand three hundred ninety-three dollars ($41,393). The balance of
the annual salary shall be paid by the state from the state general fund.
