§ 33-38-4-2 — Salary

Indiana·Art. 38 JUDGES·Ch. 4 Chief Clerk in Marion and Lake Counties

The salary for the chief clerk:

(1)shall be fixed by the judge of the court;
(2)may not be more than four thousand eight hundred dollars ($4,800) per year; and
(3)shall be paid in monthly installments from the county treasury of the county in which the court is located. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-13-6-1.]
