§ 33-38-4-1 — Appointment

Indiana·Art. 38 JUDGES·Ch. 4 Chief Clerk in Marion and Lake Counties
The judge of the circuit court in a county having a population of at least four hundred thousand (400,000) may appoint a chief clerk for the court. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-13-6-1.]
