Indiana Statutes
§ 33-38-3-1 — Certified copy; clerk of circuit court
When a person is appointed as judge of a city
or municipal court, a certified copy of the appointment shall be sent by
the appointing authority to the clerk of the circuit court of the county
in which the city is located.
