Text

In counties having a population of less than thirty-five thousand (35,000), the judge of the circuit court may appoint a bailiff. However, if a bailiff is not appointed, the sheriff of the county shall perform the duties of the bailiff. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-13-4-1.]
