Text

The judge of the circuit, superior, criminal, probate, and juvenile courts in each county having a population of at least thirty-five thousand (35,000) shall appoint a bailiff and may appoint a riding bailiff for the judge's court, whose per diem shall be fixed by the court to be paid from the county treasury.
