Text
The commission has jurisdiction and powers to dispose of any investigation or hearing, including the following:
(1)The power to compel the attendance of witnesses.
(2)The power to depose witnesses.
(3)The power to order the production of documentary evidence.
Any commission member or any master may administer oaths and
affirmations to witnesses in a matter under the jurisdiction of the
commission.
