Text
(a)The commission shall meet as necessary
to discharge its statutory and constitutional responsibilities. Meetings
of the commission shall be called in the same manner as prescribed for
the judicial nominating commission. Four (4) members of the
commission constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
(b)Meetings of the commission shall be held in Indiana as the
chairman of the commission arranges.
(c)The commission may act only at a meeting. The commission
may adopt rules and regulations to conduct meetings and discharge its
duties.
