§ 33-38-13-3 — "Counsel" defined
As used in this chapter, "counsel" means the lawyer designated by the commission to:
(1)gather and present evidence before the masters or commission
with respect to the charges against a judge; and
(2)represent the commission before the supreme court in
connection with any proceedings before the court.
