§ 33-38-1-1 — Admission to the practice of law

Indiana·Art. 38 JUDGES·Ch. 1 Certain Judgeship's Eligibility; Term of Office; Travel
A person is not eligible to hold the office of judge of any probate or superior court unless, in addition to other prerequisites to eligibility provided by Indiana law, the person is admitted to the practice of law in Indiana. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-13-9-1.]
