§ 33-37-5-4 — Document fee; transcript of judgment to become real estate lien

The clerk shall collect a document fee of three dollars ($3) for preparing or recording a transcript of a judgment to become a lien on real estate. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-19-6-3.]
