§ 33-37-5-35 — Small claims service fee; amount; collection
(a)This section applies to a small claims
action in which a party is required to pay a township docket fee under
IC 33-34-8-1(a)(1).
(b)The clerk shall collect a small claims service fee of twenty-six
dollars ($26) from the party filing the small claims action.
