Text
In each:
(1)civil action in which the clerk is required to collect a civil
costs fee under IC 33-37-4-4(a);
(2)small claims action in which:
(A)a party is required to pay a township docket fee under IC 33-34-8-1(a)(1); or
(B)the clerk is required to collect a small claims costs fee
under IC 33-37-4-6; or
(3)probate action in which the clerk is required to collect a
probate costs fee under IC 33-37-4-7(a);
the clerk shall collect a pro bono legal services fee of one dollar ($1).
