Text

(a)This section applies to a proceeding in a problem solving court under IC 33-23-16.
(b)The clerk shall collect a problem solving court fee if payment of the fee is ordered by a problem solving court under IC 33-23-16-23. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-19-6-22.]
