§ 33-37-5-24 — Problem solving court fee
(a)This section applies to a proceeding in a
problem solving court under IC 33-23-16.
(b)The clerk shall collect a problem solving court fee if payment of
the fee is ordered by a problem solving court under IC 33-23-16-23.
