§ 33-37-5-20 — Document storage fee

Indiana·Art. 37 COURT FEES·Ch. 5 Collection of Additional Fees
(a)This section applies to all civil, criminal, infraction, and ordinance violation actions.
(b)The clerk shall collect a document storage fee of five dollars ($5), after June 30, 2015. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-19-6-18.1.]
