5.
(a)The clerk shall collect a jury fee of
seventy-five dollars ($75) from a party filing:
(1)a civil tort action; or
(2)a civil plenary action.
(b)The fee collected under this section shall be deposited into the
county user fee fund established by IC 33-37-8-5.
