Text
(a)The clerk may retain as an administrative
fee an amount of up to three dollars ($3) from the excess amount
collected by the clerk under section 2 of this chapter.
(b)The clerk shall deposit the amount retained as an administrative
fee under subsection (a) in the clerk's record perpetuation fund
established under IC 33-37-5-2.
