Text
(a)The clerk shall note witness and juror fees
when the fees are claimed and forward the claims to the county auditor
or city or town fiscal officer.
(b)The clerk is not entitled to a fee for providing an affidavit or
other proof of attendance to a juror or witness.
(c)The county auditor or city or town fiscal officer shall disburse
juror or witness fees claimed under this section as provided in IC 33-37-7-12.
