Text

Except as provided in section 3.5 of this chapter, a witness in an action listed in IC 33-37-4-2, IC 33-37-4-3, IC 33-37-4-4, IC 33-37-4-6, and IC 33-37-4-7 is entitled to the sum of the following:

(1)An amount for mileage at the mileage rate paid to state officers for each mile necessarily traveled to and from the court.
(2)Five dollars ($5) for each day of attendance in court. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-19-1-6.]
