Text

(a)If publication by notice is required by law in any action, the party or the attorney for the party from whom the notice is required shall pay the cost of publication directly to the publisher of the notice.
(b)The party or the attorney for the party shall file with the clerk proof of publication of the notice. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-19-4-4.]
