§ 33-36-2-2 — Clerk or clerk-treasurer to serve as violations clerk if ordinance violations bureau not established
If the legislative body does not establish an
ordinance violations bureau under section 1 of this chapter, the clerk
or clerk-treasurer of the municipal corporation is designated the
violations clerk for purposes of this chapter.
