Text

(a)A city court is not a court of record.
(b)A town court is not a court of record.
(c)Except as provided in section 7.5 of this chapter, a person selected as judge of a city court or town court must be an attorney in good standing admitted to the practice of law in Indiana. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-10.1-5-7.]
