Text

(a)The prosecuting attorney of the judicial circuit in which the city is located shall prosecute all cases in a city court for violation of statutes.
(b)The city attorney shall prosecute all cases of city ordinance violations. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-10.1-6-6.]
