§ 33-35-3-6 — Prosecuting attorney or city attorney; prosecutions in city court
(a)The prosecuting attorney of the judicial
circuit in which the city is located shall prosecute all cases in a city
court for violation of statutes.
(b)The city attorney shall prosecute all cases of city ordinance
violations.
