To be eligible to hold the office of city court judge, as provided by Article 6, Section 6, of the Constitution of the State of Indiana, the judge must be a resident of the city during the term of office or the office becomes vacant. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-10.1-3-2.]
