§ 33-34-2-3 — Term of office

Indiana·Art. 34 MARION COUNTY SMALL CLAIMS COURTS·Ch. 2 Judges

The term of office of a judge is four (4) years, beginning January 1 after election and continuing until a successor is:

(1)elected; and
