Text
The clerk of the Cass circuit court shall serve
as the clerk of each Cass superior court, and the sheriff of Cass County
shall serve as the sheriff of each Cass superior court. The sheriff shall
attend the courts. The clerk and the sheriff shall perform the same
duties relating to their offices as they are required to do with respect to
the Cass circuit court.
