Text

Each superior court shall appoint a bailiff, a court reporter, and the additional personnel necessary to carry out the business of the court. The duties, salaries, and terms of the bailiff and reporter shall be regulated in the same manner as provided for the circuit court. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-45.5-22.]
