Text
When the judgment or order in the small
claims division of the superior court is against the defendant, the
defendant shall pay the judgment or order immediately or at any time
and upon such terms and conditions as the judge prescribes. If the
judge orders that the judgment shall be paid in specified installments,
the judge may stay the issuance of execution and other supplementary
process during compliance with the order. The stay may be modified
or vacated by the court.
