§ 33-33-82-17 — Court reporter and bailiff
Each judge of the superior court shall
appoint a court reporter, a bailiff, and a riding bailiff for the court
whose salaries shall be fixed by the court and paid as provided by law
and who serves at the pleasure of the judge making the appointment.
