§ 33-33-79-14 — Dockets; books and papers

Indiana·Art. 33 COURT SYSTEM ORGANIZATION IN EACH·Ch. 79 Tippecanoe County
The clerk shall, under the direction of the judge, provide for the court, order books, judgment dockets, execution dockets, fee books, and other books as necessary, and all the books, papers, and proceedings of the court shall be kept distinct and separate from those of other courts.
