Text
If in any proceeding before the commission
on judicial qualifications, any witness fails or refuses to attend upon
subpoena issued by the commission or any of the commission's
representatives, or appearing, refuses to testify or refuses to produce
any books and papers the production of which is called for by the
subpoena, the attendance of any witness and the giving of the witness's
testimony and the production of the books and papers required shall be
enforced by the St. Joseph circuit court.
