§ 33-33-71-64 — Subpoenas
Subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses
and the production of documentary evidence between the commission
on judicial qualifications or for discovery shall be issued by the
chairman of the commission and shall be served in the manner
provided by law for the service of process.
