Text

(a)A petition to the supreme court to modify or reject the recommendation of the commission on judicial qualifications for censure, retirement, or removal of a judge may be filed by the judge within thirty (30) days after the filing with the clerk of the supreme court of the certified copy of the commission's recommendation. The petition must:
(1)be verified;
(2)be based on the record;
(3)specify the grounds relied on; and
(4)be accompanied by petitioner's brief together with proof of service on the commission of two (2) copies, and on the counsel of one (1) copy, of the petition and the brief. Within twenty (20) days after service of petitioner's brief the commission on judicial qualifications shall file a respondent's brief and serve a copy of the respondent's brief on the judge. Wi
