§ 33-33-71-61 — Certified recommendation to supreme court
Upon making a determination
recommending the censure, retirement, or removal of a judge, the
commission on judicial qualifications shall promptly file a copy of the
recommendation certified by the chairman or secretary of the
commission, together with the transcript and findings and conclusions,
with the clerk of the supreme court and shall promptly mail to the judge
and to the counsel notice of the filing, together with a copy of the
recommendation, finding, and conclusions.
