Text
If the commission on judicial qualifications
finds good cause, it shall recommend to the supreme court the censure,
retirement, or removal of the judge. The affirmative vote of four (4)
members of the commission on judicial qualifications, including a
majority of those who were present at the hearing or hearings when the
evidence was produced, is required for a recommendation of discipline,
retirement, or removal of a judge.
