Text
Upon filing an answer or upon the
expiration of the time for its filing, the commission on judicial
qualifications shall order a hearing to be held before it concerning the
discipline, retirement, or removal of the judge. The commission on
judicial qualifications shall set an approximate date, time, and place for
a hearing and shall give notice of the hearing by registered or certified
mail to the judge and to the counsel at least twenty (20) days before the
date set.
