Text

(a)The commission on judicial qualifications shall meet periodically as necessary to discharge its statutory responsibilities. Meetings of the commission on judicial qualifications shall be called in the same manner as prescribed for the judicial nominating commission. A quorum for the transaction of business is four (4) members.
(b)The clerk of the St. Joseph circuit court shall make arrangements for a meeting place in St. Joseph County as the commission may request.
(c)The commission on judicial qualifications may act only at a meeting. The commission on judicial qualifications may adopt reasonable and proper rules and regulations for the conduct of its meetings and discharge of its duties. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-40-51.]
