There is established a commission on judicial qualifications for the St. Joseph superior court, whose membership is the same as that of the judicial nominating commission under section 29 of this chapter. The commission on judicial qualifications may employ special counsel in any proceedings it undertakes under the responsibilities imposed upon it by this chapter.
