Indiana Statutes
§ 33-33-71-35 — Succession of membership
A person who has been appointed to a full
four (4) year term upon the commission may not succeed himself or
herself or be eligible for appointment to the commission for four (4)
years after the expiration of the term to which the person was
appointed.
