Text
After:
(1)the voting members of the commission have been appointed
by the governor; and
(2)the names of the voting commissioners appointed by the St.
Joseph County board of commissioners have been certified to the
secretary of state, clerk of the supreme court, and the clerk of St.
Joseph superior court under this chapter;
the clerk of St. Joseph superior court shall by regular mail notify the
members of the commission of their election or appointment, and shall
notify the chairperson of the commission of the same.
